Erica and Ryan met through a mutual friend and instantly knew there was a connection.  They love to be outside fishing, camping and riding their Harley.  When Ryan proposed, he took Erica to The Adventure Suites in North Conway and they stayed in "The Log Cabin".  While up there, Ryan took Erica to the White Mountain Scenic View and that's where he popped the question.

Set on atop Mt Tom with the most spectacular views of southwestern Massachusetts, Erica + Ryan had their wedding ceremony and reception at The Log Cabin in Holyoke.  It was such a great day to share with them!  Enjoy the Sneak Peek Wedding Film!  {Jaime}

Erica + Dan met in college at UMass Lowell. Dan was the president of the theatre club and Erica desperately wanted to stage manage the next show they were putting up (RENT). After a few emails, and a meeting Erica got the position as stage manager and Dan took over lighting design for the production. Through many weeks of meetings, rehearsals, late nights in the theater during tech and walks home they got to know (and like) each other very quickly. When the show closed they finally had the time to go on a real date and have been together since.

When Dan proposed, Erica was in Arizona visting family and was taking a red-eye home Thanksgiving morning. Dan told her to call him as soon as the plane landed as he was coming to pick her up. As I made her way down the baggage claim elevator she saw Dan holding a sign that said "Erica Tremblay", and then he reached into in his pocket and played a pitch pipe. At that sound all of their friends came out of the crowd singing "Seasons of Love" from the musical RENT.  They had about 70 friends and family (and 3 news outlets!!) share the moment with them and when Dan got down on one knee Erica said yes before he even asked. They spent the rest of the day making the rounds to families houses for Thanksgiving and watching the different coverage of their proposal on the news.

Erica + Dan enjoy going camping and to beer festivals with friends, binging on Netflix together, going into New York City to see shows, and coming back home to MA as much as possible to spend time with friends and family.

Caitlin + Nick met in highschool where they had several classes together.

When Nick proposed, they went to Rockport, MA with his sister and her boyfriend at the time.  Nick was going to propose where they had dinner reservations but they were taking too long so he suggested walking over to a small beach. The sun was starting to set and they walked out towards the water as his sister and "boyfriend" stood back. One was taking pictures and one was recording.  Nick hugged Caitlin and she could feel his heart beating super fast. He then proceeded to tell her how much he loved her and wanted to spend forever with her. That is when he got down on one knee and asked her to marry him. Caitlin was shocked and of course said yes!!! She had not a clue that he was going to be asking her to be his wife that night! Everyone else knew including parents!!!

Caitin + Nick love going to her cottage in Dunbarton, New Hampshire where they swim a lot , fish, go water tubbing, and have lots of camp fires. They like being low key and hanging out watching a good movie.

Sam + Scott met while they were in high school at Trinity High.  They love to hike, watch movies, hang out with friends and family, cook, take walks with their dogs, go to sporting events and travel.  When Scott proposed, he took Sam to a park that they frequently visited in Manchester and in the park he had carved pumpkins that said "Marry Me?".

Sam + Scott got married on an October fall day up in the White Mountains of New Hampshire.  They had their ceremony at St. Matthew's in Whitefield and reception in the Presidential Ballroom at the Mountain View Grand.  They had a wonderful surprise gift during the reception, which you will see in their Sneak Peek film.

Nicole + Jeremy have known eachother since they were in elementary school.  They both grew up in the very small town of Sandown and Jeremy went to school with Nicole's sister.  About 6 years ago their best friends invited them on a blind date of fishing on Angle Pond and they have been together everyday since.

Jeremy proposed on New Years Day 2015.  He took Nicole for a small hike up Rock Rimmon and proposed there.  Nicole was 5 months pregant at the time and Jeremy made it a very intimate spot very close to their hearts.

They love anything outdoors including camping and trips up north.  They love spending time with their dog, 5 goats, 2 ducks and chickens!  They also like hunting and fishing and going on family rides on the side-by-side.

Nicole + Jeremy chose Ragged Mountain to have their ceremony and reception.  They day was very rainy and Jeremy had recently had an accident that left him in a wheelchair + using a cane but that didn't stop them from having the biggest smiles on their faces and enjoying every moment of the day.

Catherine + Philip met in 2012 at work. Phil was managing a customer service department, and as a new hire Catherine was shadowing his staff. They immediately connected over our Alma Mater, Saint Anselm College. They learned that they even studied the same discipline- criminal justice, and joked about past experiences and professors in our major. It was evident they had so much in common, from their crazy Italian heritage to their fanatic interest in New England Sports, it was always easy to find something to chat about.

Over the next couple of years Phil mentored and encouraged Catherine while she developed her career and completed her Master's degree. Finally, with just months until graduation, Phil asked her out on a date!  After a few drinks at Buffalo Wild Wings, a nice dinner by the water in Maine, and a few trips to Starbucks for coffee- it was official!

When Phil proposed to Catherine, it was on New Year's Day 2016.

After making dinner reservations the night before at their favorite waterfront restaurant in Rye, Catherine was not expecting him to propose. Phil figured she thought with all the preparation the night before that would be it- but he had another trick up his sleeve. She teased Phil and said he couldn't surprise her, but he accepted the challenge and totally did!

The following morning before breakfast in their kitchen, Phil asked Catherine to marry him. How could she say anything but "yes!" in the house they made a home together.

Catherine + Philip have a 6 year old English Bulldog (Stella!) who is the light of their life and always the center of attention. She is seen in most of our photos and everyone affectionately refers to her as our "daughter".   They love to travel, try new restaurants, spending time with family and are big NE Patriots fans and enjoy all Boston sports.

Kelly + Reuben met when Reuben was a general surgery resident at Lahey Hospital and Kelly was a registered nurse. They met while both working overnights and became close friends.  Kelly graduated from NP school and got a job at Boston Childrens hospital when they began to date.  Together they enjoy cooking, trying new foods, living in the city, traveling, going to the beach, hosting family and friends on their roofdeck, and watching movies in their pajamas!

When Reuben decided to propose, he planned every single little detail.  They were away at Ana Maria Island in Florida with Kelly's family where they get a beach house every year.  They were going to one of their favorite beach front restaurants and Reuben and Kelly decided to walk the beach there to meet the family. When they got close to the restaurant, Kelly noticed a small table on the beach with a canvas board that stated "Epilogue."

Two months prior to this, Reuben had written a book about their two cultures coming together.....How a boy like him met a girl like her and how they had to overcome major obstacles given the two very different cultures.

At the beach, their epilogue was written on a canvas and at the bottom it encouraged Kelly to open a box. Inside the box was a handmade rose with a note that Reuben had written on the day of their first date. Kelly turned around and Reuben was down on one knee! In the background the acoustic version of their song ( Walk the Moon: Shut up and dance) was playing.

How can you not say "Yes" to that?!??!?  True Grey's Anatomy stuff right there.

Jessica and Kyle were married on March 4, with a lovely winter ceremony and reception at the Omni Mount Washington Hotel in Bretton Woods, NH. We hadn’t gotten the chance to meet the bride and groom before their wedding, since they live in Connecticut, but just spending a few minutes with Jessica and Kyle showed how very much in love these two are.

March 4 dawned a cold and cloudy day. So cold that it got all the way down to 30 degrees below zero with the wind chill! But that didn’t keep Jessica and Kyle from getting their portraits on the beautiful porch of the Omni Mount Washington. The elegant, wrap-around porch gave us a dramatic backdrop of the high mountain peaks of New Hampshire's beautiful White Mountain National Forest. Jessica was a courageous bride, braving the cold without any covering over her arms to get these pictures. The couple was still able to smile through the bitter cold. Kyle and Jessica toughed it out, and we all bonded together as we went in and out of the hotel several times in an attempt to stay warm.

Paige and Angel were married on March 25 with their ceremony at St. Patrick’s Church in Nashua, NH with their reception to follow at the Harris Pelham Inn in Pelham, NH. As anyone who lives in New Hampshire can testify, spring is an unpredictable season for weather. Paige and Angel’s wedding day was no exception! The weather was crazy! We had rain, a full fluffy snowfall, and a striking sunset. It felt like we saw all four seasons all day.

Paige was beaming throughout the day and her smile just lit up the room. We did pictures while she was getting ready and also had the opportunity to capture some touching moments between the bride and her family. These touching moments were filled with emotion. There was so much love between the bride and her grandmother, their smiles filled with love and excitement. Paige decided to do a first look with her father. We love father/daughter first looks because it offers such a beautiful moment that they can share. The moment dad sees his little girl all grown up is beautifully sentimental. Paige’s father has such pride in his eyes and you can see how special his daughter is.

The ceremony was held in the beautiful St. Patrick’s Church and Angel and Paige looked so happy through the entire service. After the ceremony, we took pictures in the magical snow squall. It was amazing how quickly the weather changed!

Angel and Paige’s reception at the Harris Pelham Inn was infused with their personality. There was even a Batman cake for Angel! When the sun set, we snuck the couple outside and took pictures as the sky lit up like a fire. We couldn’t believe how lucky we were to be able to have so many awesome opportunities to take pictures outside!

There was so much love all throughout this day, not just between the bride and groom but also in the outpouring of love and support from their family and friends. Thank you so much to the team at Harris Pelham Inn for making the day go so smoothly. And of course, thank you so much to Angel and Paige for having us capture your wedding. It was a great day to share and we hope your smiles continue for years to come!

Theresa and Kevin were married on April 1 with a beautiful ceremony at St. Elizabeth Church in Seabrook, NH followed by a reception at the Portsmouth Harbor Event Center in Portsmouth, NH.

Theresa and Kevin were high school sweethearts. A long-lasting love like this makes out job easy, since their love is so visible in the way they look at each other and in the way they connect. Their wedding day had the weather that you hope you won’t have - cold, wet, grey, slushy snow and freezing rain. It was icy, damp, and dreary- but this couple was not going to let it dampen their spirits or ruin their day!

We started at St. Elizabeth’s where they had a beautiful full mass. The weather brought us inside for the portraits and the family pictures, but the airy, high ceilings and the stunning stained glass windows gave us a beautiful backdrop. The light that filtered through the windows burst into these amazing colors, making the church look simply magical. After the ceremony, we went over to the Portsmouth Harbor Event Center where, even though it was cold, Theresa and Kevin toughed it out and we got some beautiful captures of this happy couple. Their love lit up their smiles.

Now, this was a group that wanted to party! Later in the night, the dance floor was the place to be. The family is from New Jersey and many other New Jerseyites were in attendance. There was a ton of love for their home state and of course, plenty of Bruce Springsteen was played! The food was also great. They had filet with lobster tail and later, a soft pretzel bar with dips and toppings for a late night snack. That was a fun treat for the guests who were taking a break from the dance floor!

Special thanks to Meagan Cowan and Lauren Lossani, the coordinators at the Harbor Event Center, for doing an outstanding job. Theresa and Kevin, thank you for having us capture your special day. You embraced the weather and didn’t let it dilute the fun you had. We wish you many more years of smiling through the rain! Congratulations!

Lindsay + Barak have a love that is rare to find.  Their love is so deep that when they look into each others eyes, there is no one else in the room.

They met at a birthday party 4 years and 1 day before their wedding day.  They immediately connected during a conversation while Lindsay was pushing her daughter on the swingset and they knew that night that something special was beginning.  Their first date happened a week later and they have been inseparable since.

Barak proposed on Valentine's Day at his mother's house.  He shoveled a path out to the swingset and had it strung with red and white roses.  He gave Lindsay a beautiful heart necklace which he put on her and when she turned around, she found him down on one knee.

They each have a daughter from previous relationships, so they love to be a family together talking, laughing and watching TV.  They love to go out dancing, eating at favorite restaurants and camping every summer and taking day hikes and sightseeing in the fall.

They had their ceremony and reception at The Atkinson Country Club with beautiful spring details.  It was such an honor to share in this moment with them!

Lindsay and Barak were married on April 7 with their ceremony and reception at the Atkinson Country Club in Atkinson, NH. Sometimes, the love a couple has for one another is truly remarkable. That’s the case with Lindsay and Barak. Their love is intense, in the best way possible. Love like this makes our job easy.

Lindsay and Barak met almost four years ago to the day as single parents at a birthday party, but you would think they had known each other forever. The love between them seemed to block out the rest of the world! 

We started the day with Lindsay and the ladies getting ready. The ceremony was at the Atkinson Country Club, in one of their gorgeous ballrooms. The weather had been raining intermittently throughout the day, but the light poured in through the windows and brightened the whole room. But nothing could outshine Lindsay as she walked down the aisle with her little girl, and Barak’s reaction was so touching. 

We were lucky enough to capture this day for Barak and Lindsay in both film and photography packages and we’re so happy to have been able to be a part of their day. Being there when a couple is united in marriage is special, but witnessing two families unite as one is amazing. We were so touched by the love that we witnessed in this wedding, not only from the bride and groom but also from their daughters. The happily ever after seemed to extend to everyone in this family. Everyone smiled so much and the joy throughout the day was truly infectious.

We’d like to thank Kristin and the wonderful team from the Atkinson Country Club for such a wonderful event. But especially we would like to thank Lindsay, Barak, Asia, and Alyssa. We’re so happy for all of you and hope that the happiness you shared today extends for years and years to come. Thank you so much for trusting us to document your celebration.

Jenny and Greg were married on Saturday, April 22 with a ceremony at North Church in Portsmouth, NH followed by a reception at the Portsmouth Harbor Event Center. Jenny and Greg met through mutual friends in college and it was so easy to see how very much in love these two are. Jenny is a dance teacher and Greg is an investment manager and after spending the day with them, it’s clear they’re perfect for each other.

Jenny and Greg decided to take advantage of both our photography and our video services. We were so thrilled that they trusted us with capturing their day. The weather was grey, cold and raw, but that didn’t dampen anyone’s spirits at all. Jenny and Greg chose to do a first look and it was so awesome because they empowered us to get creative and we were able to capture some beautiful candid moments. The brick and stone walkways at the Portsmouth Harbor gave beautiful light and texture to the images. We had the rest of the wedding party join in and the Memorial Bridge made for a unique and interesting backdrop for their portraits.

We all made our way to the beautiful North Church for the ceremony and were able to steal Greg and Jenny away for a few more portraits. There is a stunning stairway at the church and we were able to use some creative lighting techniques to grab some very intimate and special shots of the happy couple. The way their smiles shine up from the shadows wrapping around them in the stairs was really special.

After the ceremony, everyone adjourned to the Portsmouth Harbor Event Center for a spectacular party. Thanks to Meagan and Lauren from the Event Center for doing such a great job! And most importantly, thank you so much to Jenny and Greg. We wish you a lifetime of love and happiness.

On Saturday, April 22 nd, the Currier Museum of Art held its annual gala auction, the Heart of the Arts, to support the Museum’s outreach and art education initiatives.

The Currier is a great community museum that offers more than $50,000 in scholarships and public programming to New Hampshire residents. To deliver this programming, the Currier has partnered with some of the area’s finest not-for-profits: Easter Seals, CHaD, Boys & Girls Club of Manchester, Head Start, the PLUS Company, Child Health Services and New Hampshire National Guard, to name a few.  

These programs are able to be successful through the generous donations from our community.  In a fundraising effort to show how donations are put to use, we worked with them to create this short film that was presented at the Gala.

Jenny + Greg were married on Saturday, April 22nd in downtown Portsmouth.  They had a ceremony at North Church and their reception at the Portsmouth Harbor Event Center.  It was a cold, windy raw spring day but everyone made the best of it.

Jenny and Greg met through a mutual friend in college.  Greg's high school friend is Jenny's college best friend.  Jenny went to visit their friend for New Year's Eve in Greg's hometown and they first met at the party.

They love to visit and spend time with family and friends around New England and traveling when they can.  They also enjoy going to the beach and being outside in the summer whether it's on the water or just sitting on the deck.

When Greg proposed, they were celebrating their 3 year anniversary in Portsmouth.  They went for a walk before their dinner reservations and ended up at Prescott Park.  It was dim, and quiet because it was December so it was colder.  The first time they visited Portsmouth they saw a wedding happening at Prescott Park and it was there, that night that Greg asked Jenny to be his forever.

Portsmouth obviously holds a special place in their hearts and it's no surprise that they picked this location for their wedding day.

It was an absolute honor to share in the day with them.  This is just a little teaser film for them to enjoy while they wait for their Feature Film.  Enjoy!  {Jaime}

Sarah + Jeff had a New Hampshire Lakes Region wedding on Saturday, April 22nd.  Their ceremony was held at St. Charles in Meredith and their reception at Church Landing.  It was a cold spring day but everyone was in good spirits including Sarah + Jeff!

Sarah + Jeff first met in a college class at Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 2011. He was on the Soccer team and Sarah was in Navy ROTC, so their paths had never crossed before Sophomore year. They danced together at a party at the end of the semester, and have been inseparable ever since!

Jeff and Sarah love to explore new restaurants, enjoy the outdoors, and spend time together at home after long weeks.

Sarah grew up vacationing in the Lakes Region and had introduced Jeff to the Inns at Mill Falls.  They were here celebrating their anniversary when Jeff proposed.  A huge snowstorm had moved in overnight, and it seemed like they would be snowed in for the day. They had breakfast at the Waterfall Cafe, and planned on visiting some of the shops at the Mill. After finishing breakfast, they decided to go to one of Sarah's favorite shops first, however Jeff somehow convinced Sarah that they should go outside to get to the shop, instead of just walking through the hotel. It was incredibly quiet, and they were the only ones walking around the building. As they crossed over the footbridge in front of the water, Jeff stopped Sarah, got down on one knee, and asked her to marry him. The snow was falling, no one was around, and of course Sarah began to cry immediately.

So Church Landing and the Inns at Mill Falls holds a special place in both of their hearts and it's no surprise as to why those chose to have their wedding celebration here as well.

Mariah and Ethan were married on April 29^th, with a ceremony and reception at the Sky Meadow Country Club in Nashua, NH. 

Mariah and Ethan met in high school and have been sweethearts for some time, so everyone was excited to see the two of them tying the knot at last!

From the very start, as we captured Mariah and Ethan getting ready, it was clear that family was important to both of them and played a huge role in the day. Ethan’s best man was his brother, Sam, and Mariah’s maid of honor was her sister, Ashley. The girls in particular were fun to photograph as they took a group picture with all of them in a monogrammed, button-down shirt.

Once we got to the ceremony, our favorite part of the whole day was watching Ethan’s reaction to Mariah walking down the aisle. Everyone there could feel his emotion when he saw her!

From there, it was off to the reception, where these two had a pretty tricked out candy bar. The sky and clouds were also amazing to photograph under, and we loved being able to capture the beauty of both the setting and the people there.

Brianna and Ward were married on May 6^th, with a ceremony and reception at the Mountain View Grand Resort.

These two were high school sweethearts when they were younger and have been together for ten years now, seeing each other through school and onto more adventures as Brianna is now a teacher and Ward helps run his family business.

We started out the day at the salon and then did getting ready shots. Brianna had given all her bridesmaids monogrammed sweatshirts. On the back, she’d had the year that each girl met Brianna put on the shirts as well.

From there, we did the first look with Brianna’s father, which was incredibly sweet, before we went on to the front gazebo of the Mountain View Grand Resort for the wedding and then the reception in the Crystal Ballroom.

For this particular wedding, the weather was absolutely crazy! We experienced everything from rain to sun to massive wind—but when the sun finally did break through, everything looked amazing. Even with all that Mother Nature threw at us, the venue was always beautiful and provided some gorgeous picture opportunities with the landscape available to us.

Ward & Brianna, thank you for letting us be part of your wedding. We wish you both all the best! We’d also like to thank Katie from the Mountain View Grand, who was fantastic in making sure everything ran smoothly.

Normally, running through Fenway Park in your underwear would get you in trouble with park security. But on February 18th, hundreds of people jogged through Fenway in their skivvies as part of Cupid’s Undie Run charity event.

There are children out there suffering from a debilitating genetic disorder called neurofibromatosis (NF). NF causes tumors to grow all over the nervous system and can cause blindness, deafness, learning disabilities and severe chronic pain.  The Cupid's Undie Run was part of a nationwide campaign by Cupid Charities with the hopes of raising millions for the Children’s Tumor Foundation and neurofibromatosis research.

We were there to capture the event and put together this promo video for them.  Enjoy!

You grow up, you find the one you want to spend the rest of your life with, you get a dog, you buy a house, you get pregnant and you become a family.  Seems easy right?

Chances are, someone you know is struggling with infertility and you don't know it. More than seven million people of childbearing age in the United States experience infertility.

Infertility is a topic that isn't talked about much and yet it is one of the most painful struggles a couple can go through. The pain is similar to the grief over losing a loved one, but it is unique because it is a recurring grief.  Those that can not conceieve grieve the loss of the baby that they may never know.  With each new month there is hope, and then when the bad news comes again, that hope transforms to heartbreak, anger, despair and loss.

All Kaye + Konrad wanted was to be parents and for 2 years they struggled with infertility.  They went through a rollercoaster of emotions while watching everyone around them start families and couldn't help but wonder why not them.  And then one day a miracle happened. 

This is their story.
